ORDINANCE NO. 12,307
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 12,150,
SAME BEING AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING AND
PROVIDING FOR AN ANNUAL PRIVILEGE LICENSE
TAX FOR VARIOUS BUSINESSES, OCCUPATIONS AND
PROFESSIONS WITHIN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. Section 3 of Ordinance No. 12,150, same being
an ordinance establishing and providing for annual privilege
license tax for various businesses, occupations and professions
within the City of Little Rock, is hereby amended by including
subsections 353 through 366, which shall read as follows:

Subsection 144 of Section 3 of Ordinance No. 12,150, said
subsection dealing with a privilege tax for cotton brokers, is hereby
deleted.
SECTION 2. For businesses not herein listed the City Collector
may impose a license fee of between $10 and $35, depending upon similar
classificationcharges.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage.
