AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION
43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
properties be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Subsection (a) - Z -2312 - Described as the North 44 feet
of Lot 7, Block 10, Riffel and Holder's Second Addition. From: "B "-
Residence District To: "D "- Apartment District.
Subsection (b) - Z -2318 - Described as Lot 10, Block 1,
Owen's Subdivision of part of Block 3, Watkin's Addition to the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas. From: "B "- Residence District To: "C"- Two - family
District.
Subsection (c)- Z -2302 - Described as part of the NE� NE%
Section 26, Township 2 North, Range 13 West, Pulaski County, Arkansas (to
be designated as Tract "A" on the plat of Foxcroft Fourth Addition. (unrecorded)
to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas) more particularly described as: Start-
ing at the southeast corner of the NA NEB Section 26, Township 2 North, Range
13 West; thence South id 29' east along the east line of the S11&4- NEB said
Section 26, 30.0 feet to a point on the Sanitary Sewer Improvement District
No. 5 Outfall Sewer; thence north 760 30' west along said Outfall Sewer, 181.05
feet to Manhole No. 20; thence north 720 39' west and continuing along said
Outfall Sewer, 350.0 feet to Manhole No. 21; thence north 700 18' west and
continuing along said Outfall Sewer, 357.9 feet to the point of beginning
of the tract of land herein described; thence South 110 31' west, 161.6
feet; thence northwesterly along the arc of a 1457.5 foot radius curve to the
left, having a long chord bearing and distance of north 790 33' West, 56.7
feet; thence north 800 37' west, 133.1 feet; thence north 090 23' east,
180.3 feet to a point on said outfall sewer; thence south 750 12' east along
said outfall sewer, 185.05 feet to Manhole No. 22; thence South 700 18'
east and continuing along said outfall sewer 11.1 feet to the point of
beginning, containing 32,850 square feet or 0.75 acre more or less.

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map"

be and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary
to effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
