AN ORDINANCE AWARDING A CONTRACT FOR THE
PURCHASE OF THREE POLICE CARS; APPROPRIATING
FUNDS; AUTHORIZING PAYMENT, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, invitation to bid was duly advertised and bids received
pursuant thereto according to law for the purchase of three police
cars to be used by the City of Little Rock; and
WHEREAS, the lowest responsive and responsible bidders have been
determined, and it is the desire of the Boar4- 0f.;Director'&Ao authorize
the purchase of these items from and by its lowest respons4 a and
responsible bidders.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. 'The lowest responsive and responsible bid on a
contract for the purchase of three police cars for the City of Little
Rock is hereby accepted and the contract awarded as follows:

PURCHASE PRICI
$9,855.90
SECTION 2. There is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated
balance of the General Fund the sum of $9,865.90 to be used for the
purchase of the three police cars.
SECTION 3. Upon delivery of the three police cars, complying
in all respects with the bidding specifications and bid proposal,
the City Manager and Director of Finance are hereby authorized and
directed to issue the necessary warrant or warrants in payment of
said purchase price.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage.
