ORDINANCE NO. 12,514
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION
43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
properties be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Subsection (a) - Z -2472, Described as the north 44 feet
of Lot 14, and all of Lots 15, 16, 17 in Block 27, Fulton's Addition. From:
"C "- Two - family District To: "F "- Commercial District
Subsection (b) - Z -2471 - Described as Lots 19, 20, 21,
except the north 50 feet thereof, all in Block 5, Oakhurst Addition, and a
strip of land 20 feet wide lying adjacent on the south. From: "B "- Residence
District To: "C "- Two - family District
Subsection (c) - Z -2475 - Described as Lot "B" Warings
Replat of Block 19, Bellevue Addition. From: "A "- One - family District
To: "E -1" Quiet Business District
Subsection (d) - Z -2478 - Described as all of Lots 3, 4,
5, 6, Block 18, Bellevue Addition and that portion of closed Glover Street
lying adjacent on the west. From: "A "- One - family District To: "C " -Two-
family District
Subsection (e) - Z -2474 - Described as all of Tract 4, and
part of Tract 3, described as follows: Begin at a point on the northwest
corner of Tract #4; thence run south 416 feet to north right -of -way of Kanis
Road; thence run west on said right -of -way 147.2 feet to a point; thence northerly
261.0 feet to a point; thence east 8.2 feet to a point; thence northerly to a
point on the north line of Tract 3, 129 feet west of point of beginning; thence
east 129 feet to point of beginning, all lying within Hopson and Sachs Suburban Tracts
Addition; From: "A "- One - family District To: "F "- Commercial District.
Subsection (f) - Z -2482 - Described as Lots 3 -A and 3 -B
Geyer Springs Apartments Addition. From: "D "- Apartment District To: "E -1"
Quiet Business District.
Subsection (g) - Z -2481 - Described as part of NW'Z NWJ
of Section 31, T -1 -N, R -12 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, beginning at a point
25 feet east and 238 feet south of the northwest corner of said NW'k NW's

thence east 300 feet; thence south 80 feet; thence west 300 feet; thence north
to the point of beginning.
AND part of NW4 NW4 of Section 31 - T -1 -N, R -12 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas
begin at a point 25 feet east and 188 feet south of the northwest corner
of said Wk NW4, thence east 150 feet; thence south 50 feet; thence west 150
feet; thence north 50 feet to the point of beginning.
AND part of the N2 of the NW4 of Section 31, T -1 -N, R -12 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, begin 25 feet east and 150 feet south of the northwest corner of
said NZ NW4, thence east 668.5 feet; thence south 168.5 feet; thence west
358.5 feet; thence north 80 feet; t hence west 150 feet; thence north 50
feet; thence west 150 feet; thence north 38 feet to the point of beginning.

of tract, and "D"-Apartment District for the remainder of tract.
Subsection (h) - Z -2480 - Described as part of Tract 4,
Home Acres, described as follows: Begin at the northeast corner of said
Tract 4, thence south 101 feet; thence west 110.4 feet; thence south 101
feet; thence east 110.4 feet; thence south 103 feet; thence west 215.28
feet; thence north 305 feet; thence east 215.2 feet to the point of beginning.
AND part of Tract 4, Home Acres, described as follows: Begin at a point 635.4
feet east and 101 feet south of the northwest corner of said Tract 4; thence
west 110.4 feet; t hence south 101 feet; thence east 110.4 feet; thence north
101 feet to the point of beginning. From: "A "- One - family District To: "F "-
Commercial District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District
Map" be and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary
to effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
