AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $17,266.00 TO THE
PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT FROM THE UNEXPENDED
BALANCE OF THE GENERAL FUND TO BE USED FOR
THE REACTIVATION OF THE WEED CUTTING PROGRAM
DURING THE REMAINDER OF THE YEAR 1971; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated $17,266.00 to
the Public Works Department from the unexpended balance of
the General Fund to be used for the reactivation of the Weed
Cutting Program During the remainder of the year 1971.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
