AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING 4712 BOWERS STREET IN
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Z -2455 - Described as Lots 11, 12, 13, Block 11, Euclid
Place Addition, and that part of the NW4 NW 4 of Section 23, T -1 -N, R -13 -W,
begin at a point which is the southwest corner of Lot 13, Block 11, Euclid
Place, thence south 35 feet + to a point on the north right -of -way line of
(Asher Avenue) Colonel Glenn Road; thence run east on said right -of -way line
to intersection with west right -of -way of Bowers Street; thence north to the
southeast corner of Lot 13; thence run west to point of beginning. From:
"B "- Residence District To: "E -1" Quiet Business District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District
Map" be and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary
to effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
