AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION
43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
properties be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Subsection (a) - Z -1162- Described as all of Lots 14 and
15, and the south 22 feet of Lot 16, Block 23, Park Addition. From: "C "-
Two - family District To: "E -1" Quiet Business District.
Subsection (b) - Z -2456 - Described as Lots 10, 11 and 12,
Block 14, Sidney J. Johnson's Addition - From: "B "- Residence District
To: "C "- Two - family District.
Subsection (c) - Z -2449- Described as Lot 6, Block 2, Field's
Addition. From: "B "- Residence District To: "C "- Two - family District.
Subsection (d) - Z -2451 - Described as Lot 3, and the W� of
Lot 4, Block 10, Pfeifer's Addition. From: "C "- Two - family District To: "E "-
Apartment District.
Subsection (e) - Z -2454 - Described as Lot 11, Henry C.

100 feet; thence west 25 feet to point of beginning, thence south parallel
to and 25 feet from the east line of said Tract 28, a distance of 518.5
feet to a point on the north right -of -way line of West 65th Street, thence
west along said right -of -way line 208 feet; thence north 520.6 feet, thence
east 208 feet to the point of beginning, containing 2.48 acres, more or

Subsection (p) - Z -2446 - Described as all of Tracts 13
and 14 of Hopson and Sach's Suburban Tracts and a portion of Tracts 15 and
16, Hopson and Sach's Suburban Tracts, more particularly described as:
Beginning at the northeast corner of said Tract 15 Hopson and Sach's Suburban
Tracts; thence south along the east line of said Tract 15, 38.0 feet; thence
in a northwesterly direction 280.0 feet to a point which is 30.0 feet south
of the north line of said Tract 15; thence in a northwesterly direction
240.0 feet to a point on the north line of Tract 16, Hopson & Sach's Suburban
Tracts (said point being 140 feet east of the northwest corner thereof);

Multi - family District for Lots 13 through 24 inclusive; "MF 6" Multi - family

District for Lots 125 and 126.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2
of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, and designated "District
Map" be and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary
to effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
