AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING TO THE MUNICIPAL COURT BUDGET, TRAFFIC
DIVISION THE AMOUNT OF $6,800.00 FOR STAFFING THE NON -CIVIL SERVICE
POSITION OF DRIVER'S SCHOOL INSTRUCTOR FOR 1971; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
SECTION 1� $6,800.00 for the fiscal year 1971 is appropriated from the
unappropriated balance of the General Fund to the Municipal Court Budget, Traffic
Division for the purpose of staffing the Non -Civil Service Position of Driver's
School Instructor, which position is hereby created, at a salary not to exceed
$400.00 per month,
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take force and effect from and
after its passage.
