AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION
43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
Section 1. That the zone classification of the following properties
be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Subsection (a) - Z -2432 - Described as the North Half of Lot 8,
and all of Lots 9, 10, 11, 12, Block 427, Duvall's Addition. From: "E "- Apartment
District To: "E -1 -A" Nursing Home, Lodging and Undertaking District,
Subsection (b) - Z -1522 - Described as Lots 4, 5,and 6, Block 7,
Fulton's Addition; From: "D "- Apartment and "E -1" Quiet Business Districts
To: "F "- Commercial District.
Subsection (c) - Z -2440 - Described as Lots 5 and 6, Block 4, Plunkett's
Addition; From: "B "- Residence District To: "E -1" Quiet Business District.
Subsection (d) - Z -1859 - Described as Tract "A" being a certain
parcel of land being in the SW'k NW'k Section 31, T -2 -N, R -12 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particularly described as: Beginning at the intersection of the
east right -of -way of University Avenue, and the south right -of -way of "0" Street,
thence south 89° 17' east, 674.00 feet along said right -of -way; thence south
00° 43' west, 205.00; thence north 89° 17' west, 379.00 feet; thence south 49°
09' 20" west, 146.99 feet; thence south 000 43' west, 327.00 feet; thence
north 89° 17' west, 178.43 feet tolhe east right -of -way of University Avenue;
thence north 01° 31' east, 187.54 feet along said east right -of -way; thence
continuing along said right -of -way north 00° 01' west, 152.00 feet; thence north
00° 43' west, 290.10 feet to the point of beginning, containing 5.0 acres, more

Commence at the intersection of the east right -of -way of University Avenue and the
south right -of -way of "0" Street; thence south 89° 17' east, 674.00 feet along
said right -of -way of "0" Street; thence south 00° 43' west, 249.00 feet to the
point of curvature of 120.71 foot radius curve to the left having a chord and
bearing of south 21° 47' east, 92.39 feet; thence 94.81 feet along said curve

the meanders of said right -of -way line to its intersection with the centerline

the SE4 NE4 Section 17 to the intersection of said line with the centerline of
Fourche Bayou; thence southwesterly along the centerline of Fourche Bayou to
the intersection of the centerline of Fourche Bayou and the west right -of -way

Section 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of
The Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, and designated "District
Map" be and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary
to effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
Section 3 - That this ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
