AN ORDINANCE EXEMPTING THE OWNER AND /OR
OPERATOR OF A VEHICLE BEARING A STATE OF
ARKANSAS LICENSE ISSUED FOR A DISABLED
VETERAN FROM COMPLIANCE WITH CERTAIN PARK-
ING LIMITATIONS PROVIDED BY ORDINANCES OF
THE CITY OF LIT'T'LE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. All provisions of the ordinances of the City
of Little Rock regulating parking, with the exception of
"NO PARKING" areas shall not be applicable or enforced against
the owner and /or operator of an automobile registered in the
State of Arkansas and bearing the license issued by the State
of Arkansas provided for "disabled veterans ".
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
