AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, MENDING SECTION
43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THS CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION L. That the zone classification of the follow-
ing properties be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Subsection (a) - Z -2431 - Described as all of Lot 5
and all of Lot 6, except a 12 foot square in the northeast corner thereof,
all in Block 4, Capitol Hill Extension Addition. From: "C" -Two- family
District To: "F "- Commercial District.
+Subsection (b) - Z -2436 - Described as Lots 7 and 8,
Block 5, East Pulaski Heights Addition. From: "B= Residence District
To: "D "- Apartment District.
Subsection (c) - Z -2434 - Described as Lots 4, 5, 6,
Block 1, Ratteree's Forest Park Highlands Addition, and one -half of closed
Ohio Street. From: "A"- One - family District To: "D"- Apartment District
Subsection (d) - Z -2426 - Described as part of the
N*4 NIh Section 12, T-1-N, R -13 -W; commencing at the northwest corner NIk
Section 12, T -1-N, R-13-W; run south 01 degree 47 minutes 15 seconds west
658.888 feet along the west line of said section to the point of beginning;
then run south 88 degrees 29 minutes 47 seconds east 863.717 feet to a
point; run north of degree 30 minutes 13 seconds east 25.000 feet to a
point on the south right -of -way line of proposed Vivian Street; thence run
south 88 degrees 29 minutes 47 seconds east 100.000 feet along said south
right -of -way line to a point; thence run south 01 degree 30 minutes 13 seconds
west 687.060 feet to a point on the south project boundary line of University
Park Urban Renewal Project ARK R -51 (said project boundary line also being
the south addition line of Canslers Addition to the City of Little Rock;
thence run north 86 degrees 02 minutes 49 seconds west 967.677 feet along
said project boundary line to a point on the west line NE% Section 12, T -1-N
R -13 -W; thence run north 01 degree 47 minutes 15 seconds east 620.712 feet
along said west line to the point of beginning; area containing 14.270 acres

Subsection (e) - Z -2427 - Described as a tract of
land located in the north half of the NE54 of Section 12, T -1-N, R-13-W,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, including Lots 1 and 2 of Taylor & Bodeman's
Addition to the City of Little Rock, and Lots 1, 2, 3, 10911, and 12 and
parts of Lots 4 and 9 of Cox's Subdivision of Taylor & Bodeman's Addition,
more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the northwest corner
of said NOg of Section 12, T -L-N, R -13-W, run south 1 degree 47 minutes 15
seconds west 40.005 feet along west line of said Nom, to a point on the south
right -of -way line of West 12th Street; thence south 87 degrees 17 minutes
27 seconds east 960.864 feet along the said south right -of -way line of West
12th Street to the point of beginning; thence continue on south 87 degrees
17 minutes 27 seconds east 645.669 feet along said south right -of -way line
to the point of curvature of a curve to the right having a radius of 25.000
feet and a long chord bearing south 42 degrees 53 minutes 37 seconds east
34.981 feet; thence run along the arc of said curve 38.744 feet to the point
of tangency (said point being on the west right -of -way line of Cleveland
Drive); thence south 1 degree 36 minutes 13 seconds west 450.521 feet along
said west right -of -way line of Cleveland Drive to the point of curvature
of a curve to the right having a radius of 25.000 feet and a long chord
bearing south 46 degrees 30 minutes 13 seconds west 35.355 feet; thence run
along the arc of said curve 39.270 feet to the point of tangency, said point
being on the north right4f -way line of a proposed street; thence north 88
degrees 29 minutes 47 seconds west 645.00 feet along said north right -of-
way line to a point; thence north 1 degree 30 minutes 13 seconds east 513.900
feet to the point of beginning; area containing 7.790 acres more or less.

Subsection (g) - Z -2433 - Described as Lot "D" of a replat
of Tract 5, Home Acres Addition. From: "A" -One- family District To: "I "-
Light Industrial District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2
of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District
Map" be and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary
to effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and
be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
