ADT ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $815.00 DOLLARS
FROM THE GENERAL FUND TO A SPECIAL ACCOUNT IDENTIFIED
AS "BIG ARKIE FUND "; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
.SEAS, tie - Ci._tyhas received through contributions from
the public generally the sum of $815.00 given for the purpose
of funding a display case for the alligator "Big Arkie" at the
Municipal Zoo.
XDW _THEREFORE, _BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
S$CTION 1. The -sum of $815.00 is hereby appropriated
from the unexpended balance of the General Fund to an account
identified as "Big Arkie" and to be used for the purpose of
funding the construction of a display case to house the
alligator ".Big Arkie" at the Little Rock Municipal Zoo. The
City.Mapager 4 Director of Parks and Recreation are hereby
authorized &nd_.eirectpd to proceed and provide the necessary
display case for housing the alligator and utilize the funds
here-in-appropriated to defray the expense thereof.
: LN 2. This 0r41inance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
