ORDIN TICE NO. 12,444
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION
43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF TfiE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:, ARIj1NSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the follow-
ing properties be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Subsection (a) - Z -2423 - Described as the ;Vest Half
of Lots 1, 2, 3, all of Lots 4, 5, 6, 7, and South Half of Lot 8, and all
of Lots 11 and 12, Block 206, Original City of Little Rock. From: "D "-
Apartment District To: "F "- Commercial District.
Subsection (b) - Z -2422 - Described as the North 71-
feet of Lot 17, and all of Lot 18, Block 1, Moore and Penzel's Addition

Subsection (c) - Z -2203 - Described as a parcel of land
in the N144 N!4 of Section 35, Township 2 North, Range 13 :Vest, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, more particularly described as: Starting at the northeast
corner of the W)h said Section 35; thence South 890 57' 23" west 1307.85 feet;
thence North 890 46' 31" west, 657.42 feet to the point of beginning; thence
South 000 32' 44" east, 1305.25 feet; thence South 88057' 06" West, 661.00
feet to the east line of Reservoir Road; thence North 000 32' 39" west along
said east line 1319.94 feet; thence South 890 46' 31" east, 661.00 feet to

Subsection (d) - Z -2299- Described as the East Half of
the SA 4- of the SIA4 of the NE 4 of Section 2, Township 1 North, Range 13 West
except a strip 25 feet wide off the south end thereof; the East Half of the
,Vest Half of the SE4 of the S ?'% of the NEi4 of Section 2, Township 1 North,
Range 13 ?'Kest; a part of the NE4 of the SIA4 of the NE4 of Section 2, Township
1 North, Range 13 West, more particularly described as follows: Begin at a
point on the south line of the said NA4- of the SIA4 of the NE%, which is 175.23
feet west of the southeast corner thereof and run thence west along the said
south line for 155.43 feet; thence north 2 degrees 37 minutes east 81.18 feet;
thence in a southeasterly direction for 175.23 feet to the point of beginning;
and a part of the N1% of the SIA4 of the NFii of Section 2, Township 1 North,
Range 13 West, more particularly described as follows: Begin at a point on
the south line of the said NEi4 of the SSA4- of the N44- which is 118.23 feet
west of the southeast corner thereof and which point of beginning is on the
west right -of -way line of Rodney Parham Road (formerly Perryville Loop) and
run thence in a northwesterly direction along the west right -of -way line of said
Rodney Parham Road for 308.2 feet; thence by a deflection angle of 90 degrees to
the left for 166.2 feet to a point on the south line of the said N04- of the SIA4
of the NE 4i thence east along the said south line for 134.6 feet; thence north
2 degrees 37 minutes east 81.18 feet; thence in a southeasterly direction for

that part sold to Richard H. Gire and Kathryn D. Gire, his wife, recorded in Deed
Record 658, Page 43, more particularly described as follows, to -wit: Beginning
at an iron pipe at the southwest corner of said Tract 5, run thence south 890
00' east a distance of 628.2 feet to an iron pipe; run thence north 010 15' east
a distance of 122.0 feet to an iron pipe; thence run north 890 00' west a

10 feet north of the southwest corner of said Lot 3, Block 3, thence south 880

to effect and desi -nate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall ta'. :e effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
