HomeMy WebLinkAbout1244100 W ko M m U b 0 A rd a) b a� G � ORDINANCE NO. 12,441 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 31 -10 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES PERTAINING TO FEES CHARGED FOR ACCIDENT REPORTS PREPARED BY THE POLICE DEPARTMENT; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: SECTION 1. Section 31 -10 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock pertaining to fees charged for accident reports prepared by the Police Department is hereby amended to read as follows: "A Charge of $2.00 should be made for each accident report issued by the Little Rock Police Department, plus $ .50 for certification thereof, for which a receipt should be issued, and all funds derived therefrom should be paid to the City Collector to be deposited in the General Fund of the City ".
