AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 31 -10 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES PERTAINING TO FEES CHARGED FOR
ACCIDENT REPORTS PREPARED BY THE POLICE DEPARTMENT;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Section 31 -10 of the Code of Ordinances of
the City of Little Rock pertaining to fees charged for accident
reports prepared by the Police Department is hereby amended to
read as follows:
"A Charge of $2.00 should be made for each accident report
issued by the Little Rock Police Department, plus $ .50 for
certification thereof, for which a receipt should be issued,
and all funds derived therefrom should be paid to the City
Collector to be deposited in the General Fund of the City ".
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
