AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING 800 to 1100 BLOCK OF
RESERVOIR ROAD IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Z -2393 - Described as all of Block 5 of R. D. DUNCAN'S
Addition to the City of Little Rock, EXCEPT commencing at an iron pin at
the northwest corner of the S104 of Section 35, Township 2 North, Range 13
West; run thence South 020 15' west measured South 010 28' 30" West along
the west line of said Section 35, a distance of 1289.00 feet measured
1291.95 feet to a point; thence south 860 45' east measured South 880 05'
30" east a distance of 30.00 feet to the point of beginning; run thence
south 860 45' east measured South 880 05' 30" east a distance of 308.5
feet measured 298.7 feet to an iron pipe; run thence north 020 15' east
measured North 010 10' 30" east a distance of 75.00 feet to an iron pipe;
run thence north 860 45' west measured North 880 05' 30" west a distance of
308.5 feet measure 298.1 feet to an iron pipe; thence run south 020 15'
west measured South 010 28' 30" west a distance of 75.00 feet to the point of
beginning. From: "A "- One - family District To: "D "- Apartment District
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2
of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District
Map" be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary
to effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
