AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $5,500.00 FROM
UNEXPENDED BALANCE OF THE STREET FUND AND
$15,000.00 FROM THE UNEXPENDED BALANCE OF
THE GENERAL FUND; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIREC-
TORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from the un-
expended balance of the General Fund the sum of $15,000.00 to
the Police Salary Fund to defray the cost of certain unantici-
pated expenditures.
SECTION 2. There is hereby appropriated from the un-
expended balance of the Street Fund the sum of $5,500.00 to the
Street salary account to defray the costs of certain overtime
payments.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
