AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following properties be and
is hereby changed as indicated.
Subsection (a) - Z -1558 - Described as Lot 9, Block 8, Capitol View Addition,
from "C" Two - family District to "D" Apartment District.
Subsection (b) - Z -2408 - Described as Lots 1 and 2, Block 3, Sidney J.
Johnson's Addition, from "B" Residence District and "C" Two- family District to '
"F" Commercial District.
Subsection (c) - Z -2413 - Described as a tract of land in the SWk of NW14 of
Section 2, Township 1 North, Range 13 West, in Pulaski County, Arkansas, more
particularly described as follows, to -wit: Starting at a concrete monument at the
northwest corner of Section 2, Township 1 North, Range 13 West, the northwest corner
of Brookfield Addition to the City of Little Rock; thence south 1,298.2 feet to a
concrete monument, the southwest corner of Brookfield Addition and the north right-
of-way line of West Markham Street; thence continue south 70.0 feet to a point on
the south right -of -way line of West Markham Street; thence south 880 13' east along
the south right -of -way line to West Markham Street 540.0 feet to the point of
beginning; thence south 880 13' east along the south right-of-way line for West
Markham Street 231.85 feet to a point on the center line of Brookside Drive extended,
thence south 00 17' west 109.15 feet to a point; thence north 880 13' west 231.85
feet to a point; thence north 00 17' east 109.15 feet to the point of beginning,
containing 0.521 acres, more or less, from "A" One- family District to "F" Commercial
District.
Subsection (d) - Z -2411 - Described as part of the Nag SA SWk of Section 2,
Township 1 North, Range 13 West, Pulaski County, Arkansas more particularly described
as follows: Beginning at the southeast corner of the Nli Nli SW14 SW1-4 Section 2,
Township 1 North, Range 13 West, thence north 150.0 feet; thence west 660.0 feet
(659.8') measured; thence south 200.0 feet (199.6' measured); thence east 660.0 feet
(660.2 feet measured);thence north along the road 50.0 feet (50.5' measured) to a
point of beginning, containing 3.03 acres, more or less, from "A" One - family District
to "F" Commercial District.

Subsection (e) - Z -2410 - Described as Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, of Block 16, and
Lots 11, 12, 13, 14, Block 15, Bellevue Addition, from "A" One - family District
to "C" Two - family District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be and it is hereby amended
to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate(- the change
provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from
and after its passage and approval.
