AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING THE 5300 BLOCK OF WEST 65TH
STREET IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following property
be and is hereby changed as indicated:
_ Zr -2539 = Described as a tract of land described as: Beginning at a
point- wYrich is the northwest corner of Tract 25, Leigh and Butler Acres;
thence, south along the west line of said tract 607.0 feet to the north
xight =of -way line of West 65th Street; thence east along said right -of -way
.228.0 ifeet to a point; thence north 138.77 feet to a point; thence east
100 feetto a point; thence north to the northeast corner of Tract 25;
thence west 328.5 feet to point of beginning, from "A" One- family District
to "MF 18" Multi - family District, except the south 220 feet which is to be
'i'F" Commercial District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be and
it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect
and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
from and.'after its passage and approval.
