AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $13,896.68
FROM THE UNAPPROPRIATED BALANCE OF THE GENERAL
FUND; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The sum of $13,896.68 is hereby appropriated
from the unappropriated balance of the General Fund to defray
the cost of installation and maintenance of fire and burglar
alarms to be installed in the Little Rock Central Fire Station
by the Spurling Company with whom the City has heretofore
entered into an agreement for purchase of said fire and burglar
alarms.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
