AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following properties be

;and is hereby changed as indicated:
Subsection (a) - ,Z -2556 - Described as part of Lot 8 of West Markham
Street Subdivision of the Sli NEk and SW-4 NW-4 of Section 3, and the SEk NE14
of Section 4, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, described as: commencing
at the northeast corner of said Lot 8; run thence south 450 feet; thence west
166.5 feet to the point of beginning; thence west 171.3 feet to the west line
of said Lot 8; thence south along the west line of Lot 8, a distance of 100
;feet; thence east 172.4 feet; thence north 100 feet to the point of beginning,
subject however to an easement for a public road 16.5 feet wide along the
entire east side thereof, from "A" One - family District to "C" Two- family
District. ,
Subsection (b) - ,Z -2558 - Described as the NEB NE14 Section 26, T -1 -N,
R -12 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, from "A" One- family District to "K" Heavy
Industrial,District.::
SECTION, 2. That, the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code of
Ordinance,% af the. City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be and it
is hereby. -amended,to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect and
designate,.the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTIONA. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
from and after its passage and approval.
