AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 39 -44 OF
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES PERTAINING TO
TRAFFIC; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. Section 39 -44 of the.Code of Ordinances pertaining
to traffic is hereby amended to read as follows:
SECTION 39 -44. Entering intersection.
No person shall enter an intersection or a marked
crosswalk unless there is sufficient space on the
other side of the intersection or crosswalk to
accommodate the vehicle he is operating, notwith-
standing any traffic - control indication to proceed.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
