AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF
VARIOUS GRANT FUNDS; MAKING APPROPRIATIONS
FROM THE UNAPPROPRIATED BALANCE OF THE
GENERAL FUND FOR VARIOUS PROJECTS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized acting for and
on behalf of the City to accept Grant'Funds from that governmental
agency in the amount and for the purpose all set forth as follows:

SECTION 2. There is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated
balance of the General Fund the sums of $18,000.00 and $7,126.00 providing
respectively the City's share or supplementing the City's share as matching
funds for projects identified in Subsections "c" and "d" of Section 1
hereof.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage.
