AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 21 -13.1 OF
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES PERTAINING TO
PRIVILEGE LICENSE TAXES; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. Section 21 -13.1 of the Code of Ordinances of
the City of Little Rock pertaining to Licenses and Privilege
Taxes is hereby amended to add a new subsection (350.2) to
provide for wrecker service, which shall be in form and
substance as follows:
(350.2) WRECKER SERVICE.
Each Wrecker . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $25.00
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
