ORDINANCE NO. 12,609
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION
43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following properties be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Subsection (a) - Z -2550 - Described as Lots 10 and
11, Block 26, Factoria Third Addition. From: "A "- One - family District
To: "H "- Business District
Subsection (b) - Z -2551 - Described as Lots 7 through
12, Block 1, McIntosh Addition. From: "B "- Residence District To: "E -1"
Quiet Business District.
Subsection (c) - Z -2553 - Described as Lots 16, 17,
18, Block 2, Oak Grove Addition. From: "C "- Two - family District To: "D "-
Apartment District.
Subsection (d) - Z -2552 - Described as part of the SWk
of the SEk of Section 25, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, and described as beginning 266.7 feet
west of the intersection of the south line of the SWk of the SEk of Section 25
with the west right -of -way line of the Missouri Pacific Railroad and 20 feet
north; thence west 140 feet parallel to the south line of the SWk of the SEk
of Section 25; thence north 180 feet; thence east 140 feet; thence south 180
feet to the point of beginning, containing .643 acres, more or less, being now
in the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas. AND part of the SWk of
the SEk, and part of the SEk SWk Section 25, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, and described as
beginning 406.7 feet west and 20 feet north of the intersection of the south
line of the SWk SEk Section 25, with the west right -of -way line of Missouri Pacific
Railroad; thence west 140 feet parallel to the south line of the SWk SEk and
the south line of the SEk SWk Section 25; thence north 180 feet; thence east
140 feet; thence south 180 feet to the point of beginning, containing .643
acres more or less, lying all in the County of Pulaski, Arkansas. From: "A "-
One- family District To: "F "- Coirmercial District.
Subsection (e) - Z -2549 - Described as part of the NEk
SEk Section 25, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, described
as: Commencing at the southeast corner of said NE'k SEk, thence west 30 feet;
thence north parallel to the east line of said NE'k SEk a distance of 706.5 feet

thence north 89° 49' west 368.6 feet to point of beginning; thence continue
north 89° 49' west 556.7 feet to a point on the easterly right -of -way line of
Missouri Pacific Railroad, thence northeasterly along said right -of -way line
580.4 feet to a point on the south right -of -way line of West 65th Street, thence
east along said south right -of -way line 291.2 feet; thence south 00° 27' west
514.4 feet to the point of beginning, containing 5.007 acres, more or less, from
"A" One- family District to "I" Light Industrial District.
Subsection (f) - Z -2538 - Described as the north 2 feet of
Lot 2, and all of that part of Lot 1, Block 7, Cunningham Addition south of
Mills Freeway right -of -way (I -630), from "B" Residence District to "E -1" Quiet
Business District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map"
be and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to
effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance shall take effect and
be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
