AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FUNDS FROM THE
UNAPPROPRIATED BALANCE OF THE GENERAL FUND
TO PAY THE COST OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
RENDERED FOR A PENSION SURVEY; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The sum of $8,100.00 is hereby appropriated from
the unappropriated balance of the General Fund to be used for
the purpose of paying the cost of professional services rendered
and to be rendered in compiling statistics, and making findings
and recommendations pertaining to a pension survey for City
employees. The City Manager and Director of Finance are hereby
authorized and directed to expend such amount of said appropriation
as may be required to pay the cost of the referred to survey in
full upon its completion and acceptance by the City Manager.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage.
