AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $40,000.00
FROM THE UNAPPROPRIATED BALANCE OF THE
GENERAL FUND TO FINANCE THE OPERATION OF
THE ALCOHOLIC SAFETY ACTION PROGRAM IN
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated
balance of the General Fund the sum of $40,000.00 to be used to
finance the Alcoholic Safety Action Program in the City of Little
Rock sponsored by the State of Arkansas through the Federal
Department of Transportation. Such expenditure of the herein
appropriated funds as is made by the City of Little Rock shall be
reimbursed to the City through the State from funds provided for
such purpose by the Federal Department of Transportation.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage.
