AN ORDINANCE EMPLOYING EDWARD SMITH &
ASSOCIATES, ENGINEERS, TO PERFORM CERTAIN
ENGINEERING SERVICES; APPROPRIATING
$60,000.00 FROM THE UNAPPROPRIATED BALANCE
OF THE STREET FUND FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. Edward Smith and Associates are hereby employed to
prepare full plans and specifications for widening, paving and
improving Geyer Springs Road in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
SECTION 2. There is hereby appropriated from the unappro-
priated balance of the Street Fund the sum of $60,000.00 to be
used in defraying the cost of engineering services authorized
in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full foce and effect
from and after its passage.
