AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PLEASANT VALLEY DRIVE
AT WARRIOR DRIVE, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
properties be and is hereby changed as indicated;
Z -2390 - Described as a parcel of land lying in the
NWJ, Section 27,T -2 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas , more particularly
described as follows: Commencing at the northwest corner of said Section
27, Township 2 North, Range 13 West; thence South 66° 38' 09" east for a
distance of 937.58 feet to the point of beginning; thence south 26° 22' 58"
west for a distance of 136.61feet to a point; thence South 190 59' 15" west
for a distance of 260.30 feet to a point; thence south 30 16' 43" west for
a distance of 262.68 feet to a point; thence south 11° 33' 59" east for a
distance of 363.25 feet to a point; thence South 14° 25' 16" east for a
distance of 326.14 feet to a point; thence south 24° 08' 54" east for a
distance of 101.93 feet to a point; thence south 12° 43' 56" east for a
distance of 29.30 feet to a point on the north right -of -way line of Pleasant
Valley Drive; thence northeasterly along a curve to the left for a distance of
1093.32 feet to the point of tangency thereof, said curve having an internal
angle of 41° 18' 21 ", a radius of 1516.55 feet and a tangent of 571.63 feet;
thence north 140 24' 12" east along the west right -of -way line of Pleasant
Valley Drive for a distance of 368.09 feet to a point; thence North 75° 38' 33"
west for a distance of 767.49 feet to the point of beginning, said parcel

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of
the code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District
Map" be an it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary
to effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
