AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 23 -29 AND
23 -30 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES PERTAINING
TO AIRPORT TAXICAB SERVICE AT THE LITTLE
ROCK MUNICIPAL AIRPORT; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. Section 23 -29 of the Code of Ordinances of the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas, pertaining to airport taxicab service is
o hereby amended to read as follows:

-W.� SECTION 2. Section 23 -30 of the Code of Ordinances of the City
o�v of Little Rock, Arkansas, pertaining to airport taxicab service
ai) is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 23 -30. Penalty for violation of article.
"Any violation of provisions of this article shall
be a misdemeanor and upon conviction the violator
shall be fined in any sum not less than twenty -five
($25000) dollars."
"Further, offering taxicab service at the Airport
Terminal and/or on airport property is hereby declared
to be a privilege which shall be forfeited for a
period of 90 days by the operator of any taxicab
operator convicted twice within any given six (6)
month period of violation of provisions of Article 4,
Chapter 23 of the Code of Ordinances. Any second
forfeiture by a taxicab operator resulting under the
provisions hereof shall be permanent as to such
operator."
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage.
