AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SUBSECTION 295
OF SECTION 21 -13.1 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES PERTAINING TO PRIVILEGE
LICENSES AND TAXES; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION to Subsection 295 of Section 21 -13.1 of the Code
of Ordinances pertaining to Privilege Taxes for amusement
rides is hereby amended to read as follows:
295 A. Rides - Concessions, amusement.
1.) MAJOR RIDES - First 4 weeks - per ride per week $ 35.00
Per Year 250.00
2.) KIDDIE RIDES- First 4 weeks -per ride per week $ 20.00
Per Year 150.00
3.) CONCESSIONS - First 4 weeks - per concession
per week $ 20.00
Per Year 150.00
B. The operation of any ride or concession as provided
for herein for more than 4 weeks shall require the payment of
a license tax for a full year in the amount as set forth herein;
provided, however, the amount paid for the first 4 weeks of
such operation shall be credited against the yearly license tax due.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage.
