AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING 7223 GEYER SPRINGS ROAD
IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the follow-
ing property be and is herebychanged as indicated.
Z -2479 - Described as beginning 403.4 feet north of
the southwest corner of the SWk SWk of Section 30, Township 1 North, Range
12 West; thence east 560.66 feet; thence north 91.6 feet; thence west 460.66
feet; thence south 91.6 feet to the point of beginning, containing 0.969
acres, more or less. Also a part of the SWk SWk Section 30, Township 1 North,
Range 12 West, more particularly described as follows, begin at a point 507.5
feet north of the southwest corner of said SWk SWk; thence east 468.8 feet;
thence south 12.5 feet; thence west 468.8 feet; thence north 12.5 feet to the
point of beginning,subject to a 5 foot easement along the north side of above
described property for surface drainage a nd sewer only; AND part of the SWk
of the SW-j of Section 30, Township 1 North, Range 12 West described as begin-
ning at a point 303.4 feet; north of the southwest corner of said SW-� SWk,
thence east 460.66 feet; thence north 100 feet; thence west 460.68 feet; thence
south 100 feet to the point of beginning, containing 1.058 acres, more or less;
AND part of the SWk SWk of Section 30, Township 1 North, Range 12 West, more
particularly described as follows: Begin at the southwest corner of'said SWk SWk
thence east 460.66 feet; thence north303 feet; thence west 460.66 feet; thence

more particularly described as follows: Begin at a point 249 feet east of
the northwest corner of the N2 NW's of Section 31; thence east 444.5 feet; thence
south 150 feet; thence west 444.5 feet; thence northl50 feet to the point of

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District

Map" be and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary
to effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and
be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
