AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE PROCEEDS
OF THE PARKING FACILITY REVENUE BONDS IN
THE AMOUNT OF $2,000,000.00; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The proceeds of the Parking Facility Revenue
Bonds in the amount of Two million, ($2,000,000.00) dollars are
hereby appropriated in the separate amounts and for the separate
purposes set forth as follows:
AMOUNT PURPOSE
1. $229,573.55 Payment of capitalized interest
during construction
2. $163,888.00 Establishment of a bond reserve fund
3. $1,606,538.45 To defray the cost of construction of
the parking facility and related
improvements
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
