AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE 1969 EDITION TOGETHER WITH
1971 REVISIONS OF THE SOUTHERN STANDARD GAS CODE AS THE
GAS CODE FOR THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; PROVIDING PENALTIES
FOR VIOLATIONS THEREOF; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The 1969 Edition, together with the 1971 revision of
the Southern Standard Gas Code is herby adopted as the Gas Code for the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas. Three (3) copies of said Code have been on file
in the office of the City Clerk for the time and in the manner prescribed by
Act 267, Acts of Arkansas of 1949 and shall remain on file at all times here-
after.
SECTION 2. Violations of the provisions of this Code shall be
punishable in accordance with the provisions of Section 30 -10 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage.
SECTION 4., Chapter VIII of the Gas Code of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, adopted by Section 1 of this Ordinance, shall be deleted in its
entirety.
