AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $12,000.00
FROM THE UNAPPROPRIATED BALANCE OF THE STREET
FUND TO CONSTRUCT AN ACCESS ROAD TO HINDMAN PARK;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The sum of $12,000.00 is hereby appropriated from
the unappropriated balance of the Street Fund to defray the cost
of construction of an access road to Hindman Park in keeping with
plans prepared by the Department of Public Works which project is
hereby authorized.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage.
