HomeMy WebLinkAbout12661ORDINANCE N0. 12,661 AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following properties be and is hereby changed as indicated: Subsection (a) - Z -2588 - Described as Lots 22 and 23 of Block 4, Riffel and Rhoton's Forest Park Highland's Addition. From: "A "- One - family District To: "C "- Two - family District. Subsection (b) - Z -2398 - Described as all of Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 11, 12, in Block 23, Bellevue Addition, and a strip of land 30 feet east and west by 140 feet north and south lying east of and adjoining said lots (formerly part of platted 3rd Street), and lots 1, 2, 3, 4 of Block 24, Bellevue Addition, and a strip of land 30 feet east and west by 120 feet north and south lying east of and adjoining said lots (formerly platted as part of 3rd Street). From: "A "- One - family District To: "PT 24" Multi - family District. Subsection (c) - Z -2583 - Described as a tract of land located in the SE'k NE'k of Section 27, T -2 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Ark- ansas, more particularly described as: Starting at the southwest corner of the SE'k NE'k said Section 27; thence south 89 °21' east along the south line of said SE'k NE'k 378.1 feet to the point of beginning of the tract of land described herein; thence north 35° 08' east, 121.4 feet; thence north 61° 00' East 124.15 feet; thence South 86° 40' 45" east 266.0 feet; thence north 290 22' 34" east 273.82 feet; thence south 82° 05' 20" east, 131.44 feet; thence south 01° 20' east, 376.02 feet to a point on the south line of the SEk NE's said Section 27; thence north 89° 21' west along south line, 720.62 feet; to the point of beginning, containing 3,4108 acres more or less. Subsection (d) - Z -2586 - Described as part of the Wk NE334 SE'k Section 27, T -2 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as beginning at the northwest corner of the W2 NE'k SE'k said Section 272 thence south 89° 21' East along the north line of said Wk NEk GGU -V A - `i SEk, 644.57 feet; thence South 0° 20' 40" west 20 feet west of and parallel with the east line of said W2 NE'k SEk, 878.8 feet; thence north 88° 46' 20" west 634.16 feet to a point on the west line of said W2 NE'k SEk; thence north 0° 21' west, along said west line 872.6 feet to the point beginning, containing 12.8615 acres more or less. Subsection (f) - Z -2578 - Described as part of the SWk of the SEk of Section 11, T -1 -N, R -12 -W, in the City of Little Rock in Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as follows, to- wit: commencing at the intersection of the west line of Barber Avenue and the north line of 26th Street, which is a street shown on the plat of Watkins Addition to the City of Little Rock, said plat being recorded in Mortgage Book AB -1, at page 84; thence west 285 feet along the north line of said 26th Street to the point of beginning; thence west along the north line of said 26th Street 285 feet to the southwest corner of the SEk of Section 11, T -1 -N, R -12 -W; thence north 52.2 feet to the south lined Roosevelt Road; thence east 285 feet along said south line of Roosevelt Road; thence south 47 feet to the point of beginning, containing 0.324 acres, more or less. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects neces- sary to effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
