AN QRDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF
$1,537.41 FROM THE UNAPPROPRIATED
BALANCE OF THE GENERAL FUND TO BE USED
FOR PAYING:: THE BALANCE OF MANAGEMENT
CONSULTANT FEES RELATING TO THE RETIRE-
MENT PLAN FOR THE CITY; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated
balance of the General Fund the sum of $1,537.41 to be used for the
purpose of paying the balance due for services rendered to date to
McKee, Carter & Stewart, Management Consultants, in relation'to
the retirement plan now in force for nonuniform employees of
the City of Little Rock.
SEC'T'ION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage.
