ORDINANCE N0. 12,666
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER 12,545 OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, SAID ORDINANCE BEING THE "PARKS,
PLAYGROUNDS, AND RECREATIONAL AREAS PLAN OF THE LITTLE
ROCK PLANNING AREA."
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Chart 1 -A, Community Parks, Fixed, of Ordinance
Number 12,545 is hereby amended to add:
15- CF - That portion of the Flood Plain of Brodie
Creek lying north and west of Hindman Park, and lying below the elevation for
the 1 to 100 Flood Frequency as set by the Corps of Engineers, 250+ acres.
SECTION 2. Map A -1 of Ordinance Number 12,545 as hereby
amended to add that portion of the Flood Plain of Brodie Creek lying north and
west of Hindman Park, and lying below the elevation for the 1 to 100 Flood
Frequency as set by the Corps of Engineers.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage.
