HomeMy WebLinkAbout12670ORDINANCE NO. 12,670 AN ORDINANCE AWARDING A CONTRACT FOR THE PURCHASE OF A CASH REGISTER FOR THE PARKS DEPARTMENT; AMENDING IN PART ORDINANCE NO. 12,642; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: SECTION 1. The lowest responsible and responsive bid on a contract for the purchase of one cash register to be used by the Parks Department is hereby awarded as follows: ITEM DEPARTMENT One (1) Cash Register Parks Department PURCHASE SUCCESSFUL BIDDER PRICE Standard Office Systems, $963.57 Inc. SECTION 2. That portion of Section 1 of Ordinance No. 12,642 passed April 18, 1972 awarding a contract for the purchase of three cash registers from Victor Company at a cost of $3,269.99 is hereby repealed. SECTION 3. Upon delivery of the above mentioned item, complying in all respects with the bid specifications, the City Manager and Director of Finance are hereby authorized and directed to issue the necessary warrant in payment of same.
