AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING 1803 BROADWAY IN THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE RUCK,
ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -2595 - Described as Lot 13, and the west half of
Lot 14, Block 203, Original City of Little Rock, Arkansas and part of
Block 2, Fulton's Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, more
particularly described as follows: Begin at the northwest corner of Lot 1,
Block 2, Fulton's Addition; thence southerly along west line of said Lot 1
a distance of 40.5 feet; t hence easterly at an angle of 900 35' a distance of
111.4 feet; thence northerly on a straight line a distance of 41.6 feet to the
southeast corner of West half of Lot 14, Block 203; thence westerly along south
line of Lots 14 and 13, Block 203 to the point of beginning. From: "D "- Apart-
ment District To: "F "- Commercial District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District
Map" be and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary
to effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
