AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING 9200 BLOCK OF KANIS ROAD
IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTMN
43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -2582 - Described as commencing at the northeast corner
of said NEh NE%; thence South 00 06' west along the east line of said NA
NE14 490.5 feet to a point on the south line of Kanis Road; thence North 600
16' West 418.14 feet; thence south 490 40' west 230.0 feet; thence South 240
35' west 126.2 feet; thence south 43035' east 87.5 feet; thence South 190 09'
west 642.72 feet; thence South 890 45' east 740.06 feet to a point on the
east line of said NiJ& NEh; thence North 00 06' east along the east line of
said NEh NE4 730.02 feet to the point of beginning containing 13.200 acres,
more or less. From: "A"-One-family District To: 'IMF 18" Multi - family District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District
Map" be and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary
to effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
