Q) ORDINANCE NO. 12,673 AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS;AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following properties be and is hereby changed as indicated: Subsection (a) - Z -2592 - Described as the east 90 feet of Lot 7, and the east 90 feet of the South Half of Lot 8, Block 427, Duvals Addition. From: "E "- Apartment District To: "F "- Commercial District. Subsection (b) - Z -2590 - Described as Lot 2, and the east 12.5 feet of Lot 3, Block 1, Worthen and Brown's Addition. From: "C "- Two - family District To: "F "- Commercial District. Subsection (c) - Z -2596 - Described as part of Blocks 44 and 45, Santa Fe Park Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, described as: Beginning at the southwest corner of Bristol Replat, thence south 89° 39' west 220 feet; thence north 1 °40' east 319.9 feet; thence east 220 feet to the northwest corner of said Bristol Replat, thence south 1!0 40' west 321.5 feet to the point of beginning, containing 1.62 acres, more or less. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
