ORDINANCE NO. 12,681
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
properties be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Subsection (a) - Z -2604 - Described as Lot 12, Block 2,
Barber Avenue Subdivision. From: "B" Residence District to "C" Two - family
District.
Subsection (b) - Z -2608 - Described as Lot 10 and the north
37.5 feet of Lot 9, Block 206, Original City. From: "D" Apartment District
to "E -1" Quiet Business District.
Subsection (c) - Z -2059 - Described as Lots 5 and 6, Block 5,
C. H. Taylor's Addition. From: "B" Residence District to "D" Apartment
District.
Subsection (d) - Z -2606 - Described as Lot 17, Block 14,
Midland Hills Addition. From: "B" Residence District to "C" Two - family
District.
Subsection (e) - Z -1911 - Described as Lot 2, Allen Green
Replat of Block 3, Requa's Suburban Park Addition (except the north 100 ft.).
From: "E -1" Quiet Business District to "F" Commercial District.
Subsection (f) - Z -1620 - Described as Block 9, Intercity
Addition. From: "F" Commercial District to "I" Light Industrial District.
Subsection (g) - Z -2605 - Described as Lot 1, Bill Brandon
Addition. From: "A" One- family District to "I" Light Industrial District.
Subsection (h) - Z -2576 - Described as Block 3, Fairfax
Terrace Addition. From: "B" Residence District to "C" Two - family District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map"
be and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to
effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.

SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
