AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF
$10,516.48 FROM THE UNAPPROPRIATED
BALANCE OF THE STREET FUND TO PAY THE
COST OF STORM DRAINAGE WORK AT THIRD
AND VICTORY STREETS HERETOFORE AUTHORIZED;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from the
unappropriated balance of the Street Fund the sum of
$10,516.48 to be used for the purpose of paying Armco
Steel Corporation for the cost of underground drainage at
Third and Victory Streets as authorized by Motion of the
Board of Directors duly made, seconded and passed at a
regular meeting of such Board on March 21, 1972.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
