ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF
$43,166.15 FROM THE UNAPPROPRIATED
BALANCE OF THE STREET FUND TO BE USED
IN DEFRAYING COSTS OF RESURFACING 15
ADDITIONAL STREETS IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The sum of $43,166.15 is hereby appropriated
from the unappropriated balance of the Street Fund to Street
Budget Account No. 81 -302 to be used in payment of the cost
for resurfacing fifteen (15) additional streets as recommended
by the Department of Public Works in the Summer Resurfacing
Program pursuant to Contract heretofore awarded for such pur-
poses.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
