AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the property described below, having been
annexed to the City pursuant to Ordinance # 12,688. , and classified
"A" Single Family pursuant to Section 43 -28 of the City Code of Ordinances,
is rezoned as follows:
Subsection (a) Described as all of lots 2, 3, 4 of Oliver
and Bashams Subdivision of Tract "A" Windamere Subdivision From: "A" One-
Family District To: "D" Apartment District.
Subsection (b) Described as all of lots 1, 31, 188, 189,
254, 255, 256, 257, 258 of Windamere Subdivision From: "A" One-Family
District To: "E -1" Quiet Business District.
Subsection (c) Described as all of lots 84 and 85,
Windamere Subdivision and all of the West 303.6 feet + of Tract "A"
Windamere Subdivision From: "A" One - Family District To: "F" Commercial
District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District
Map" be and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects
necessary to effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1
hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
