AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING SIGN REGULATIONS FOR THE
CENTRAL LITTLE ROCK URBAN RENEWAL PROJECT AREA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. All signs within the Metrocentre, General Business, and
Neighborhood Commercial Districts shall meet the sign requirements of the
"F" Commercial District as set forth in Section 43 -7 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock.
Within the Central Little Rock Urban Renewal Project Area sign
advertising as a principal use of land shall be a permitted use only in the
Metrocentre and General Business Districts.
SECTION 2. All signs within the High Density and Medium Density
Residential Districts shall meet the sign requirements of the "D" and "E"
Apartment Districts as set forth in Section 43 -5 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
SECTION 3. All signs within the Public and Institutional District
shall meet the sign requirements of the "E -1" Quiet Business and Institu-
tional District as set forth in Section 43 -6 of the Code of Ordinances of
the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage.
