ORDINANCE OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
ACCEPTING AND ANNEXING A PART OF THE
EAST HALF OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER,
SECTION 15, TOWNSHIP 1 NORTH, RANGE
13 WEST, TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed in the County
Court of Pulaski County, Arkansas, on the 15th day of Septem-
ber, 1972 seeking the approval of the County Court for the
annexation to the City of Little Rock of a part of the East
Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 15, Township 1 North,
Range 13 West, Pulaski County, Arkansas; and,
WHEREAS, after due notice as required by law, the
County Court has, at the time and place noted in the notice,
heard all persons desiring to be heard on the question and
has ascertained that the allegations contained in the petition
are sustained by the proof; that those signing the petition
constitute a majority of the real property owners and own over
one -half of the property to be annexed; that the limits of the
property to be annexed have been accurately described; that
an accurate map of said property has been made and filed and
that the prayer of petitioners is right and proper, pursuant
to which findings the County Court entered its order dated
October 17, 1972, annexing said real property to the City of
Little Rock, subject to its acceptance by the City of Little
Rock;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Board of
Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas:
Section 1. The City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
hereby accepts and annexes to the City of Little Rock, the
following described real property, to -wit:
Part of the Eh NE4 Section 15, T -1 -N
R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more
particularly described as: Beginning
at a point on the North line of said
E3� NE4, 150.0 ft. West of the Northeast
corner thereof; thence South 0 degrees
15 minutes East, 150.0 ft. West of and
parallel with the East line of said E4
NE4, 2615.5 ft. to a point on the South

the Southeast corner thereof; thence
North 89 degrees 56 minutes West along
said South line 190.0 ft.; thence North

89 degrees 56 minutes West, 280.0 ft.
North of and parallel with the South
line of said Eh NE4, 747.7 ft.; thence
North 0 degrees 15 minutes West, 1087.7
ft. West of and parallel with the East
line of said Eh NE4, 707.65 ft.; thence
North 76 degrees 12 minutes 32 seconds
West, 93.05 ft.; thence North 89 degrees
37 minutes West, 188.9 ft. to a point
on the West line of said Eh NE4; thence
North 0 degrees 05 minutes West along
said West line, 940.0 ft.; thence South
89 degrees 37 minutes 15 seconds East,
690.2 ft.; thence North 0 degrees 15
minutes West, 673.5 ft. West of and par-
allel with the East line of said E2 NE4,
671.6 ft. to a point on the North line of
said Eh NE4; thence South 89 degrees 35
minutes East along said North line, 523.5
ft. to the point of beginning, containing
51.2 acres more or less.
Section 2. A copy of this ordinance, duly certi-
fied by the City Clerk, shall be filed in the office of the
Recorder of Pulaski County and recorded in the deed records
of the County.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and
be in force from and after its passage.
