AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following properties be
and is hereby changed as indicated:
From various zones to "C" Two - familv District
Blocks 11, 15, 20; Lots 11 and 12 of Block 24, Wrights Addition.
Lots "a ", "b" and "c ", McCains Subdivision.
From various zones to "D" Apartment District
Lots 4 through 9 of Block 190; Lots 7 through 9 of Blocks 202 and
203; Block 214, East one -half of Block 217, and Lots 7 through 12
of Block 218, Original City of Little Rock.
Lots 10 through 12 of Block 6, Lots 7 through 12 of Blocks 7 through
10, Wrights Addition.
Lots 7, 8, 9; The South 86' of the East 12.6' of 10; the South 86'
and the East 25.8' of 11; 12 of Block 2; Block 6; Lots 7 through
12 of Block 7; Block 22, Fulton's Addition.

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be
and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to

effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
