AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF
$13,000.00 TO DEFRAY THE COST OF A
TECHNICAL STUDY PERTAINING TO CABLE
TELEVISION IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.

SECTION 1. The sum of $13,000.00 is hereby appropriated
from the unappropriated balance of the General Fund to defray
the contract cost for a technical study involving the alter-
native possibilities pertaining to cable television in the City
of Little Rock, which contract was heretofore by Resolution
No. 4,927, adopted January 16, 1973, awarded to Telcom Engine-
ering Company of St. Louis, Missouri.
SECTION 2. Upon receipt of said study the City Manager
and Director of Finance are hereby authorized and directed to
issue the City's check in payment of the contract price herein
authorized.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
