AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 25 -115.1
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES PERTAINING TO
THE SALE OF ARTICLES ON SUNDAY; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1: Section 25 -115.1 of the Code of Ordinances
pertaining to the sale of articles of merchandise on Sunday
is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2: This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
